Recent developments in qualitative research (MAD)

In this seminar, we will have a look at the latest trends and debates in qualitative methodology.
Students will carry out their own research work: Firstly, we will systematically review high-quality international journals to get an overview over current developments. Secondly, we will choose 4 or 5 topics for in-depth reading and discussion. Relevant topics might include global methodologies, standards of qualitative research, revisiting the qualitative-quantitative debate, etc.
